“How is the connectivity between phone and watch? I currently have the gear 2 classic which I have enjoyed last 4 or so years but connection is poor, can't be far away or I'll miss calls and texts.”

Connectivity is strong. I'm not sure exactly how far you're getting from your phone, but it works all over the house while attached to mine. I believe the rep at Best Buy said it was possible to get it added to a cell plan so you can have coverage everywhere regardless of where your phone is, but don't hold me to that.
