No, it cannot ready body temperature. Person who replied probably didn't know what "basal temperature" is and just assumed you meant to ask if it could tell the weather. I would take answers from Q&As with a grain of salt because often theses questions are sent directly to the email of everyone who has purchased the item (as is the case with this question and me answering it). For some reason, people feel compelled to reply to these questions without actually knowing the answer. Pro tip: Look at the features listed on the product's web page. If the feature is not listed, then it most likely doesn't have it.
