• You have to go go through samsung promotions site to redeem the wireless charger. As long as you preordered before the release date you can get the promo

• Yes, it doesn't matter as long as you pre-ordered it b7 September 26, 2019 and register for it before October 24, 2019. https://promos.samsungpromotions.com/gwa2/
