• A:Answer To be safe than soory I would cancel a month before the experission date. If there is a credit card on file then it will be charged before the time is up or they will wait until that date to chzrge the card that is on file.

• A:Answer Not sure i think its just a scam from best buy. I tried resetting my watch 4 times. I talked to a best buy associate and they just shrugged their shoulders said they couldn't help me and complained about the promotion. Google told me to contact samsung, samsung told me to contact best buy. Went in a full circle. The worst part is the promotion is the only reason i bought this watch now im outside of my return window.
