• Yes , BUT you will have to go into a US cellular store to get a qr code from them in order to activate it. They can also snail mail you one as they don't offer emailing them (poor service if you ask me ) every other carrier has a qr code online if you need one except us cellular .

• Sorry but I cannot answer that question. I have paired it with my AT$T/Liberty Wireless cellphone. It is however an android watch, but I suggest inquiring on the US Cellular website!
