• Hi there Paul, thank you for reaching out to us with your question about the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic. You can absolutely use km as your unit of distance measurement if you would like. You can adjust the distance measurement setting in the Samsung Health App the three dots at the top will get you to the settings and under general you can adjust the measurements of your height, weight, temperature, distance, blood glucose, HbA1c, and water intake.
