I'm not 100% certain, but the watch will alert you if your heart rate exceeds normal range (you can set the min/max heart rates yourself). The watch will also track heart rate and heart rate variation while you sleep. Outside of that, I don't know.

You can use the Watch6 Classic to record ECG for 30 seconds similar to a standard single-lead ECG. The ECG Monitor app also checks the recording for signs of Atrial Fibrillation, a common form of irregular heart rhythm. However, the ECG app is not intended for users with known arrhythmias other than atrial fibrillation or users under 22 years old. Users should not interpret or take clinical action based on the device output without consultation of a qualified healthcare professional.
