You have the choice. It's all about wear you answer your phone. If you select to answer the phone on the watch, it will go to the watch. If you get your phone out and answer on the phone itself, it will go to your bluetooth headset

You can make and receive calls from this watch. You can also talk back on this watch and the person on the other end of the phone will be able to hear you just fine .

So I bought one of these and tried it out with my blue tooth headset and if I had the bluetooth paired with the gear 2 I could only listen to music via bluetooth and calls could only be on speaker with the gear 2. If I paired bluetooth with my phone I could still dial the number from my gear 2 and talk from Bluetooth but no capability to listen to music on the gear 2 anymore... its either, or, which makes this device too expensive for the things it's able to do so I returned it.

You can make calls with a blue tooth headset as well as the speaker but the speaker is clearer than any headset

as of right now if you have it synced to your device you options for making calls are your Handset or the Gear2 its self i have not had any luck syncing more then one bluetooth device at the same time.

Yes you can make calls from BT headset. You can also listen to music from the watch's built in media player over the headset.

The Samsung Gear 2 can connect to a Bluetooth headset, but multiple devices are not supported with the Bluetooth function.
