Hello there, Janice. That is an interesting question and one I would be glad to answer for you. Water and caffeine intake would require you to manually enter this information into your S-Health app. The accuracy of these readings would not be automatically measured by your device. Please try again later.Yes it will track it......you just have to enter it when you drink water or coffee and it will keep track of how much you had each day and each week.......It counts all kinds of stuff. Some how it can tell if you are jogging or riding a bike??? and it says "Great bike ride!" It is fun and looks cool too. Get it on sale and just think of it as a watch and you will be happy with the extra stuff it can do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It tracks your water and coffee intake by manual input. Every 8oz. of water you drink, you just increase the water counter on the Gear Fit. Same with the coffee. It gives water and coffee daily recommendations, but not caffeine per say.
