• Im wondering if your seeing a few hundred calories burned first thing in the morning like i do when everything else has reset, thats I believe your calories burned while sleeping

• If you are wearing it to bed it tracks calories burned while you sleep. So you may go to bed with 2300 calories and wake up with 500 because it resets at midnight and starts a new count.
