Please try again later.Since it is a Samsung product, I am pretty sure that you are not able to connect it to an iPhone, just as you cannot connect an Apple Watch to a Samsung phone. To answer your question about it being a good accessory without the phone, I guess it depends on what you are using it for. Since these smart watches are designed to be used with a compatible phone, you'd be better off buying a less expensive watch if you don't plan to use it with your phone.
