“I preordered on November 1st, with a confirmed order number. I called customer service on November 16th. They said it isn't even in their distribution centers yet. Are we, the people that pre ordered going to get our watches on the 18th or 19th?”

As of now we don't really know exactly when we will be getting our watch. Both models will be out tomorrow the 18th of November. We will receive an email whenever they start shipping them out. Hopefully by the end of this week or early next week. I preordered mine on November 15th and I may have to wait until the end of the month. Will see
