Hello, Ari. That is an interesting question and I would be more than happy to answer that for you. This model of Gear S3 was designed for use with Bluetooth and would not have it's own cellular service. It can be connected to any device that uses Bluetooth and compatible with select devices using Android 4.4 and later with at least 1.5GB RAM.
