• It connects via bluetooth. Should work for any android watch ad looking ad the bluetooth isnt broken on the phone.

• As long as you can get the app for it on your phone I’m pretty sure it’s compatible. My dad has the J3 and I’m pretty sure that if it’s compatible with that one it will be with the 8 active.
