Will this work for asus zephyrus m16 null

You did not state the exact model number but there is a Youtube video for installing it on a M16 GU603Z as a secondary drive for extra storage here :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Av3ZmrEYW4

It will work but this is a gen3,(3,500 MB/s Read, 3,000 MB/s Write) your m16 can run a gen4(6,600 MB/s Read, 5,000 MB/s Write) with faster speeds. A Samsung 980 pro or 990 would be better.
