• Assuming that the Motherboard has an M.2 slot, which most modern motherboards have, then yes it will work.

• Just make sure the mobo has m.2 slots on it. If you're buying a current/modern mobo then it should have atleast two to three m.2 slots on it by default.

• You can also buy an M.2 adapter board that plugs into a PCIe 4x slot. No mobo M.2 is required.
