Often asus website will have a list of all compatible items for specific motherboards. I'd look there.

Yup, sure will, I have an ASUS TUF 550 and I have a 2TB HDD at 5600rpm, which is criminal, so this is just a no-brainer purchase, yea, a necessity! Easy install, one thing though, it doesn't come with a screw to hold it down, so two options: 1: Leave it as is, and have the back cover hold it down in place, which works, but if you're on the move, I don't know... 2: Use one of the screws from the motherboard mounts, as they are the same size, this is what I did, because these screws are of a unique, rare breed, only used for motherboard mounting which nobody sells. Stupid, so, so stupid; But it worked for me, so you will be fine.
