• Bautista is right but for one thing: These don't include the original ear tips, nor wings. Best Buy disposes of those and included their own generic Insignia brand tips (no wings) which don't fit as well, and prevent the case from closing and charging.

• The difference is the Greek squad one is used. Someone didn't like it, so they returned it. The geek squad checked it out to make sure it's working correctly and reselling it at a lower cost then a new one. And you cannot return it in store otherwise they will just give you store credit. You have to return it through mail.
