Great Earbuds 0 Great Price - BUT Bad Ear Tips
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are now my favorite earbuds. BUT, when they came they had earbud tips that would not fit in the case. Because of this, they would not charge. Also, the ear tips would come off and get stuck in my ear. I ended up buying generic Galaxy Bud ear tips on Amazon for $10. Now, the Galaxy Buds work and they are great with the generic tips. I think this was a stupid mistake on Best Buys part. They should have sourced better tips from the start. The earbuds looked like new and work great for me.

Best Buy has fixed the ear tip issue!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sceptical when I was about to buy these because of the reviews but I placed an order anyway because this is a good deal even if I had to buy the ear tips. Right after placing the order for these galaxy buds I went to aliexpress and ordered ear tips for like 75 cents just to be sure. I received the galaxy buds yesterday and they came with the correct ear tips and ear wings. Review for the galaxy buds themself: They sound better than the airpods but not the airpods pros. These are comfortable and sound good for the price they are!

They work just fine. Takes a min to get used to.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The earpieces are not factory pieces, so if you can over come the fact that the earphones wont charge with them on, then you will be fine... I wrap a rubberbinder around the case it puts enough pressure on the contacts inside and they charge up just fine. At almost half the cost, well worth the time.

Love them
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got them but I already love them! For being refurbished I was a little skeptical but so far they are very nice. The buds, case, extra ear pieces are all very nice. Sound quality is great too. And they actually fit in my little ears.

not original ear tips
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It came with 3 pair of ear tips (INSIGNIA, NS-GSBRPL) and it doesn't seem to be the original. With the tips (I tried all of them) installed on the buds, it won't be charged in the case. I have to remove rubber tips to be able to charge. While it fits fine, the tips doesn't look the same as many images that I found on the Internet. While the original image show the rubber tips are close to the buds, mine are too far from it so it won't fit inside the case. If I can't resolve this issue, this will be returned.

Sounds great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy install. I'm using them with my note 10. They paired up automatically in seconds. They sound great during calls and music . They range is not bad . I can be in a different room than my phone. Also I didn't have the problem people reporting that the charging case doesn't close with the replacement tips .

Amazing!!! Really worth it.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm really happy with my purchase. It works really well. Came in nice packaging and with all accessories. It synced right away and very easy to use. The sound quality is really good and provides crystal clear sound while making calls. There is no issue with the charging yet and the buds fit perfectly into the charging case without any trouble.

Q: Questionwhat is the difference between the $ 65 galaxy buds for the $ 130 galaxy buds?
Asked by Pedigone.
- A:Answer THe refurbished buds do not come with Samsung rubber tips. THey come with insignia, which are larger and dont allow the buds to charge in the case. they also dont come with other parts like the hooks. I will be returning them when i get back.

Q: QuestionWhat's the difference between regular and refurbished Samsung galaxy buds??
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I can't tell the difference except from not coming in the original Samsung box. Product wise, there's no noticeable different and you easily forget they're refurbished.

Q: QuestionIs each bud made specifically for left or right ear? If so, which bud is the master?
Asked by dougpound.
- A:Answer Yes there is a left and a right ear. They are labeled and need to be put in the correct spot for charging too. They work together or separately if you want to use just one. In the app you can choose which one you want as the master and what prompt which bud can do with which command- 1 tap/2 tap/hold. Also if you take one out the other will still work. When you take both out the auto stop playing it is a nice feature. I have 1 tap pause so I can listen around me if need to, 2 taps skip songs( left back ,right next) and hold volume control( left down, right up) but you can change to whatever you preference is in the app. I use mine mainly for music while running or working out, have not used to make calls. Had them a couple weeks now and have not had to charge them since the first charge using them 3 hours at least a day. I really like them.
