• I can't tell the difference except from not coming in the original Samsung box. Product wise, there's no noticeable different and you easily forget they're refurbished.

• This refurbished one does come with 1. charging case 2. ear buds 3. 3 pair of tips - INSIGNIA brand (not original) - please read my review on this. 4. USB-C cable This doesn't come with the retail box.

• Sadly, James below is wrong. These are likely to be scuffed, scratched, or otherwise worn as they are store returns. The most obvious discrepancy, which James chose not to mention, is that the original tips and wings are not included. The original Samsung ones are disposed of and replaced with off-brand Insignia ones which are not as comfortable and don't allow the case to close and charge.
