What is the warranty on a refurbished phone null

It says 90 days. NOT enough. Refurbished items usually is 1 year by the manufacture. So the question to ask is. Who refurbished this phone. I have purchase many items that have been refurbished, BUT only if done by the manufacturer. I think the price is too high.

I am better off buying it on EBAY and after taxes it will be higher ,thanks for the info ,i will leave for next desperate person to buy it
