• I can't speak for other examples, but the one I got was virtually flawless, there were no visible problems and the operation was as expected. Be aware that it only comes with the phone and the charger, no documentation, headphones, OTG adapter, or any other information.

• hey - mine came in absolutely perfect shape and nota blemish to be found. Battery is as new and holds 100% charge - just be aware it only comes with a wall charger and will have to download and owners manual from Samsung site. Hope that helps.
