My Refurbished watch came in generic packaging with charger stand, cable, wall plug and extra watch band (small size). My watch was brand new look & feel to me and fully functional with my HTC U11 phone (check phone compatibility on Samsung website). I even went swimming with it and it still proved to be waterproof as advertised. As far as shipping to hotel, you'll have to ask your hotel for the address and instructions and enter it appropriately on the Best Buy website. I know you can set your order for in-store pick up and select a local Best Buy, if you prefer to pick it up in store. I don't even know what the problem was with my watch, it seems brand new, I suspect that the previous buyer didn't check compatibility and returned the watch, but my watch is fully functional.

I would caution sending it to somewhere you'll only be temporarily as I'm an Elite Member and not expediting shipping was offered for this product. Took about a week.

It seems to be in good working condition and I ordered a metal band from a popular online retailer. The order from Best Buy came in blazingly fast, the Ama.....er online retailer never even shipped. I cant speak if Best Buy will ship to a hotel, apparently customers answer your questions now. I'm sure its been returned and repaired for different reasons and I got mines for $150 less then retail. I purchased the extended 2 year warranty
