“Why isnt the bass as good as it sounded at the store. I tried resetting it and other methods. None”

• Is it where you placed it? Mine sound great with my Samsung - 65" Class - LED - Q80 Series - TV. So it might be where placed it in the room. I placed min by the TV once and in the back of the room, they both sounded great. I personally like it up front.
