“Hi I bought a Samsung A450 connected to my 65” samsung tv via optical cable and I notice the Samsung A450 is way way louder on BT than the optical cable why is this ? And what should i do to equal the sound *settings on tv have been checked”

Hi Marty, Make sure that the HW-A450 is on the latest firmware update (ver. 1015) using a USB device. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0054639&modelCode=HW-A450/ZA You can also try optimizing audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, or ADAPTIVE. ^Andrew
