“My Samsung tv is from 2013, will this work with something that old?”

• If your TV has audio out puts, yes but probably need connecting cords. Best Buy can help with that. Take a picture of your TV audio outputs. This will be probably RCA phono or a multi jack. Most sound bars work best with optical cables, common in newer TVs.
