• Hello, Make sure you have changed the source of the soundbar to D.IN to switch the audio from Bluetooth to HDMI. ~ Samsung Solutions

• Be sure cable from sound bar is installed in tv's HDMI (ARC) port. If no sound then press source button on the remote control or the top of the soundbar to switch to D.I.N. mode.
