• you might be on wrong Source. So turn it off. Then turn it back on and the click the source button while holding it toward the doundbar and click it until you see TV ARC andvthen your sound should come on

• Hello beck, For the HW-B650 Soundbar remote, the volume button is like a joystick where you will need to push or rock the button forwards or backwards. If you PRESS IN on the button then it will mute and unmute the soundbar/TV. ~Samsung Solutions
