QuestionHi, I have a brand new sound bar and the remote just won’t work. I’ve tried everything online and on YouTube and resetting everything and the sound bar remote just won’t work. The TV remote is controlling the volume, but that’s it. Any ideas? Thank you.

- Answer This bar comes with an optic to optic cable only but can be connected via wi-fi. My tv doesn't have the optic connection so I had to connect via wi-fi.
