• Hi there, The HW-Q60C Soundbar is not Wi-Fi compatible this is the reason why you are unable to find any mention of SmartThings within the manual. The first Soundbar within the lineup that can be used with SmartThings would be the HW-Q750C Soundbar. ~Samsung Solutions

• I believe you can control it through Bluetooth on your phone. If it’s connected to your tv using ARC it will turn on and off when your tv does
