- Answer Hi Randy, When your Soundbar is connected to your TV it should automatically play only from your Soundbar. Within the TV settings, navigate to Sound then Sound Output. - Answer Hi there, The HW-Q60C Soundbar is not Wi-Fi compatible this is the reason why you are unable to find any mention of SmartThings within the manual. The first Soundbar within the lineup that can be used with SmartThings would be the HW-Q750C Soundbar. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer Hi there, The major difference between the the two Soundbars is Q-Symphony 3.0, this feature is only available if using a Q-Series TV from 2023. If your TV is from 2022 or earlier, the features will be similar. ~Samsung Solutions

- Answer There is no attachment at the top of the soundbar to attach to a TV. The soundbar can be easily mounted under the TV by attaching it to the wall. If I remember correctly, it even came with brackets for this type of installation. Aftermarket options are definitely available. Also, the soundbar is probably light enough to be mounted with 3M type adhesive wall mounts if you don't want to drill holes in the wall in the event you have ceramic tiles or another surface you don't want to mark.

QuestionMy soundbar is connected to a PC using an optical audio cable; TV connected with HDMI. Problem is the base is overwhelming, making speech difficult to understand. I use an audio console, but it's still not the best. Any suggestions much appreciated.

- Answer Hi danal, Using the provided Soundbar remote, you can adjust both the bass levels and the center channel of your Soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button until you see CENTER LEVEL, from here using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote to adjust the center channel between -6 to +6. When you do this the dialogue levels will be louder or softer. If you press TONE CONTROL you can adjust both the TREBLE or BASS levels. Lastly you can use the toggle button WOOFER to increase or decrease the bass levels. ~Samsung Solutions

QuestionI haven’t been able to figure out how to turn on the q60c with Alexa. With my tv connection to speaker via Bluetooth, it’s a pain to go to tv settings to turn on soundbar each time we turn on tv.

- Answer Hello Derek! . To set up the Alexa functionality, you must do it within the SmartThings app. Follow these steps on your mobile device: 1. Install and launch the SmartThings app from your mobile (smartphone or tablet) 2. Sign into your SmartThings account or create a new account 3. Tap the + button at the top right of the main page > select Device > AV > Samsung > Soundbar 4. After the Soundbar has been added, select the Soundbar from the main page 5. Tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner and tap on “Alexa Settings” to log in to your Amazon account I hope this helps.
