- Answer You can control the volume with the tv remote, but changing the level of bass or surround sound mode is done with the sound bar remote

QuestionFollowed previous instructions for changing base, treble, and woofer. All controls seemed to be linked, so when I change one the others change equally. Sound is awful. Is this product defective?
