QuestionI have this soundbar hooked up to tv with the arc HDMI out. I have a cable box hooked up to the HDMI out in the soundbar. That works great! I have a ps5 hooked up to a HDMI port on the TV, but no sound. Can this soundbar only handle 1 source w arc?

QuestionI have an old Samsung TV, model UN50ES6500F, with an older Sony soundbar connected by optical cable. We also use a connected Roku unit but it cannot control the soundbar volume. If I install this Samsung soundbar HW-Q60C, can the Roku control the volume?

- Answer The sound bar has to be connected to the tv by HDMI cable. When is connect you will manage only the sound bar volumen. The speakers of the tv won’t work anymore. Only if you disable the bar in the tv menu

- Answer Samsung SWA-9100 Wireless module plugs into the wall then you have left and right speaker wire to run to each speaker SWA-9200 similar to the 9100 except the wireless module is built into 1 speaker but you have to run a speaker wire from that speaker to the other SWA-9500 you will need wall outlet to power the individual speaker in the general vicinity of where you are going to position it. once that is sorted you can pair them with the soundbar.

QuestionI want to mount this Samsung - Q-Series 3.1ch Dolby Atmos Soundbar w/Q-Symphony above the headboard in the bedroom but have the Samsung - 55" Class Q60C on the opposite wall. Is this setup possible and these items a good match? Thanks

- Answer Hi Jeff, As long as the distance is less than roughly 32 feet it should be fine. You will use Bluetooth as the wireless connection, but Bluetooth does have a maximum range of roughly 32 feet. Before you mount the Soundbar, test the connection to make sure that there isn't any interference. ~Samsung Solutions
