“My soundbar is connected to a PC using an optical audio cable; TV connected with HDMI. Problem is the base is overwhelming, making speech difficult to understand. I use an audio console, but it's still not the best. Any suggestions much appreciated.”

• Hi danal, Using the provided Soundbar remote, you can adjust both the bass levels and the center channel of your Soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button until you see CENTER LEVEL, from here using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote to adjust the center channel between -6 to +6. When you do this the dialogue levels will be louder or softer. If you press TONE CONTROL you can adjust both the TREBLE or BASS levels. Lastly you can use the toggle button WOOFER to increase or decrease the bass levels. ~Samsung Solutions

• Turn down the bass manually with the remote. Although it seems like it extra step it'll help out your issue.
