It all depends on the acutal model year of the Q70 you have because if you have a Q70T (2020 model) or newer like a Q70A then it's worth it because they have eARC which will deliver uncompressed audio for the best sound especially for Dolby Atmos. If your TV just has ARC it's still a great soundbar but you wont get the best quality sound that it delivers compared to eARC.
