• Hi JT! The stand raises the TV 2.6" from the the furniture it rests on to the bottom of the TV. The HW-Q950A is 2.7" in height. If you factor in the bezel on the bottom of the TV, the soundbar should not block the screen. You will not be able to slide it under the TV. ^Patty
