QuestionWhat is the aspect ratio on this monitor? On BB website it says 16:9 but on the BB monitor pictures it says 21:9. On amazon, it says 21:9.

QuestionIs anyone experiencing a screen "jitter" when hooked up to PS5? More specifically when playing NBA 2k22? I am updated to the latest firmware 1004.0 as well. It's very noticeable when inbounding the ball when the player takes their first few dribbles.

- Answer I have a ps5 but I have it hooked up to my 55" curved Samsung tv. Have not tried hooking the ps5 up to the monitor. I do play games and online games on the monitor. If you haven't yet, I would suggest going through the monitor settings and adjusting them to be more in line with the ps5. Also possibly adjust the NBA 2K22 game settings to jive more with the monitor as well. I hope this might help some and good luck!

- Answer I run 4K 120Hz on PS5 and Xbox series X and it looks incredible. I assume it will also run at 1440p with no issues.

QuestionAnyone have experience with using this for your Xbox Series X? Trying to get at least 1440 resolution with 120 fps, but want to make sure it’s possible before making investment. I’ve been burned by this in past. Thanks in advance for help!!

QuestionWhat type of panel does this monitor have? The description on Best Buy here says the panel is VA. But literally every other website, including Samsung shows the LS28AG700NNXZA unit being an IPS panel.

QuestionHas anyone had issues with this monitor connecting to PS5? I can only do 1080P, if I go up to 2160p the screen goes black and I have to boot up in safe mode to change it back. I have updated the firmware, turned on AV mode, tired different cables.

- Answer You have to make sure that you use the HDMI 2.1 cable that came with the PS5 to work. Also make sure you download the correct drivers and update from the Samsung website for it to work , last, ensure you are in performance mode in the PS5

QuestionDo the HDMI 2.1 ports support full bandwidth at 48 Gbps? I know several HDMI 2.1 monitors only go up to 24 Gbps without DSC which can be an issue with the PS5.
