• It can run the 4k at 120hz for the xbox series x and looks pretty darn good. However I can't answer for the 3090 Graphic card.

• Yes, I've been using it with my Xbox Series X and have been running it at 4k 120fps without any problem. Colors look great and it runs amazing. There aren't many monitors that can meet the Series X's top specs with 4k and 120fps, so if it's in your budget, I'd recommend it.

• It is Perfect for The xbox Series X, I got it for mine and I couldn't be happier. As for the graphics card I am not to sure, but i want to say it will probably be pretty good depending on the frame rate you are wanting to achieve.
