“How do I change the brightness level and blue light on the monitor? When I adjust on the laptop it only adjust on laptop although connected to monitor. There isn't an option to manually adjust the monitor.”

On the back right of the monitor you will feel the power button, this also acts as a switch to access the menu. Push up on the switch and go to display.
