“Quick question so I’m on ps5 and I’m in settings and options like refresh rate, response time, low input lag etc. Are locked I can’t do anything with them there locked and I’m trying to put 120fps on my ps5 thanks”

You can’t change any of the graphics card settings on ps or Xbox there set to what ever the manufacturer has them at unlike pc you can go in and over clock them to get more FPS. So there is no way to get more FPS on a ps5 then what you get.
