Windows display setting and in game settings are typically the issue. If you do a lot of upscaling, especially for streamimg, it can get hung up. Try resetting your CMOS.

If this monitor was displaying 4K previously and you didn’t change you connection type, then I would recommend you verify your PC settings. You can try lowering your PC’s refresh rate to see if that enables you to select a 4K output. We would recommend that you verify the content you’re playing can output 4K, and one other thing you can try is swapping the HDMI or DP cable to see if that fixes it.
