- Answer Try putting both in the ears then push both at the same time to pair. If you dont hear the sound in both contact samsung to troubleshoot.

- Answer Noise canceling was extremely important for me traveling my husband would still heard noise and not me . I was on the bus great sound . You can even fix a feature to clear your voice incredible. I got home stood next to my a/c i didnt hear it .
