Try putting both in the ears then push both at the same time to pair. If you dont hear the sound in both contact samsung to troubleshoot.

User manual requests you make sure all bluetooth devices near are turned off during first pairing cycle. If thats not the dilemma, manual also says to unapair then hold your fingers over the exterior of the earbuds to connect to a new device.
