• Those are the connectivity options. GPS option is Bluetooth/Wifi only and should say Bluetooth instead of GPS in my opinion. Unlocked adds unlocked LTE connectivity so you can choose your (compatible) carrier, but you will have to add a line to your mobile plan to use LTE connection.

• Unlocked means not going through your service provider and gps might mean that you can get a cellphone plan linked yp to the watch and use the watch as a phone , unlock you can only use watch features and not phone features
