I've had the same problem, in reference to the odor, from day one. The odor is terrible and stuck to my clean dishes from the first cycle I ever ran. Ive only had the dishwasher a few months now and the problem wont seem to resolve. Initially, I thought it was because the appliance was new. Recently, Geek Squad told me to keep the door open/ajar to remedy to problem. I find this unacceptable, especially with small children (and fingers) and pets in the house. I had a GE for years and there was never any problem like this. I read online others have had this issue and Samsung was unresponsive or said to run TANG, yes thats right the powdered drink, through. What did they end up recommending for you and did it work? Thank you.
