“I have the w700 paired to a ms650 soundbar. My issue is the sub barely even works, very low volume and not very powerful at all, any ideas?”

• Connect soundbar to the internet and Download MultiRoom app then update the soundbar. Then turn up the bass on the soundbar. Worlds of difference. I have a MS750 and MS650 both have these subs with rear speakers and both were updated to the latest firmware.
