I added this sub to my Samsung 75” Q9FN and HW-MS750 sound bar to complete my entertainment area, and it is worth it! It rumbles for movies, games and music! I’m a happy camper. I placed the sub facing me so I get more rumble.

The samsung - Sound+ 10" Subwoofer is like nothing ive heard out of a home theater sub before. This has some power! You can adjust the subwoofer from -6 to +6. I had it at +3 and my walls were still shaking. When paired with a soundbar+ this adds overall depth to the sound. I would highly recommend this product if you are into action packed movies, or enjoy listening to bass heavy music, thats when its really this things time to shine! Got it 40% off, so I had to go and get this, and I am glad I did. Rounds out the sound! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Kicks the MS-750

The MS-750 is a great sound bar and can live without a sub woofer. But the Sound Plus subwoofer adds realism to movies. Further, it takes the bass out of the Soundbar MS-750 midrange speakers and improves the over all sound of the the sound bar.

If You Have Samsung Sound+ Soudbar, You Gotta Buy

I have the Samsung Soundbar + and have been impressed ever since receiving it. I have added the surround speakers to it that has added greatly, but still something was missing. The soundbar has a decent level of bass, but nothing "earth shattering" or truly movie worthy. This changes the game. I followed the directions on adding the subwoofer (already had the wireless dongle installed from the surround speakers) and got it going rather quickly! No issues as I have seen others have. Once it sync'ed up, wow! The difference is very large. Movies and music now have a real bottom end, and it will shake your room. The design is nice and luckily somewhat subdued (don't need a flashy sub) so it fits well in the room and mirrors the colors of the Samsung Sound+ soundbars. I would say if you have the money (even for an open box one) this will change the dynamics of the sound greatly. Highly recommended!

I purchased this subwoofer with Samsung soundbar m650s and for my results, Incredible incredible incredible, that's all i have to say this three times. From design wise to a hardcore bass sounds, this subwoofer will exceed beyond your exception. If you're looking to add a low bass sound effect with high bass and fast bass response. then you won't be ashamed with this one. Highly recommended to add any Samsung soundbars. P.s. connecting the subwoofer with any Samsung soundbar wireless is also very straightforward and simple. Just follow their instructions and should take you less than 2 mins to pair it.

Solid sound, but heavy on bass.

Like Samsung's other sub-woofers, this one, too, delivers a great, solid performance -- buy like the others, Samsung needs to upgrade the software to allow for more control of the heavy, sometimes overpowering bass sound. Bass is great, but if you can't control the lower frequencies, you will lose the important mid-range, which this can do, especially if you have someone living underneath you, as in an apartment building, multi-family home, or condo. This is really important and Samsung should not ignore this need. I have seen others comment on this software issue, and Samsung should listen to what we, its customers, have to say. Other than that, Samsung has really nailed its home theater sound systems.

Adds that deep bass - Easy setup

I bought a soundbar that advertised built-in subwoofers, however I didn't agree that it would supply the full sound that I wanted. This was a nice addition, and the fact that it is wireless made it easy to fit into my living room. It's a substantial piece of hardware, so that speaks to the price. I think that it should be included in any higher-end soundbar setup from Samsung, but at least they offer one that matches the setup. It's good, but all of these add-ons add up!

I purchased the the ms-550 first then heard the ms-650 so Immediately took the 550 back so I have the 650 and it was good it’s very loud for a Soundbar and very clear but I needed some more punch I got the sub on sale at $299.00 and what a steal it paired up quick and let me tell you this thing pounds it’s like it changes the way the Soundbar preforms seams the 650 gets to focus on highs and mids it seamed a bit louder and the sub again it’s very good it’s got a sealed box so the bass is very tight also give it’s some time to break in it gets a little better as a week or so goes by make sure and push it it can handle it without breaking a sweat

    Satisfying visceral bass performance

An average lower watt SW that delivers a satisfying visceral bass performance. As stated in reviews by other owners-Purchase all three components ie. sound-bar +, sub woofer and rear external bluetooth speakers. Otherwise you will notice the lack of a FULL immersive experience and be disappointed in the overall theatre sound. It is a perfect alternative to an advanced stereo receiver system for a smaller viewing area. I am not a tech pro but I had no problems installing and pairing the entire system. Take it slow and read the directions for details. It actually saves you time not making mistakes you have to go back to fix. Hope you enjoy your purchase as much as I am. I am rating this four stars because I think it’s a bit overpriced for 200W.

Decent subwoofer to compliment Samsung Sound bar

This is a subwoofer with decent power that compliments my existing Samsung sound bar and "wireless" rear speakers. Setup was fairly easy and I have never had any connectivity issues. It's not a heart pounding subwoofer but it does add to the sound experience.

Have this working with 750 bar, once setup properly great bass effect especially with certain sources such as BR movies and CD music along with wireless. Bluetooth just okay as it does not have the larger bandwith ability. Overall very impressed with this sub, I do think it makes the soundbar sound even louder and better overall. Does take some time to fine tune its features during setup and testing.

This was perfect to complete our fathers home theater setup. Granted we stuck with all Samsung products but setup was effortless, we simply plugged the connections in and it connected with the TV without any additional steps. It was by far the easiest setup I’ve ever done. The sound quality/bass really adds to movies. If you are in the market for one, I would highly recommend it.

Adds a good bottom end to the frequency range of the Samsung HW-MS650 sound bar. It's not necessary for music but you've got to have it to make the room shake during action movies. Couldn't be easier to set up and pair with the sound bar. Has a nice high-tech look, like the MS650.

So I had been looking at this subwoofer for almost a year m, but there were not many reviews of it outside of the Samsung Website. Finally decided to bite the bullet and by it, and I was pleasantly surprised. I played Planet Earth, and the intro has a lot of low sound effects and that played through perfectly on the subwoofer. Only reason I gave it four stars was because of the price, even though the build quality is typical Samsung, so really good, the price was a little steep. But you get what you pay for.

Bought the floor model and saved some cash... and this subwoofer has been a major improvement to my Samsung HW-MS57C surround sound bar system. Note, this system is perfect for a master bedroom (or main entertainment, if you don't prefer to upgrade to a high end component system). Don't get me wrong, this sub is not a high end unit.. but gets pretty low and handles well for both music and movies. Happy with my purchase!

I teamed this wireless subwoofer with a Samsung 5.1 soundbar to go with my 65" Samsung 8 series TV. The sound is amazing. So much so that I had to work with the bass to calm it down. The reason I say this is because one of our dogs is afraid of thunder and while watching a movie some of the intense scenes produced such deep sounds that our dog would start shaking. After a few adjustments all is well. I would recommend this set up highly.

So I bit the bullet on this purchase. It took the low frequencies away from the mid-range of the sound bar and enhanced the clarity of the over all system. Nice system overall. Not audiophile quality but close enough for TV. Kind of a fun system.
