“is there any other thing that could be done, another brand, the hw-q6cr sound bar sounds great but the bass just isn't there, is there anything I could do with this thanks”

The best thing to do is check your subwoofer placement and verify the port on the subwoofer is about 6"-12" away from the wall for best bass response. ^Jason
