I would just exchange it, I purchased this same speaker and connected right away and very easy. The next day I purchased the rear speakers and they would not connect, I called Samsung support and they told me to exchange them. I did and the new ones connected right away and everything works and sounds great!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have the subwoofer volume up using the "Bass" key next to the Volume key on the remote. The display on the soundbar should show you what level it is and once you are up to +5 or +6 and you cannot feel it, then you may have other issues.
