• you have to pay additional cost for the installation. If you're handy, you can do it yourself. But the service man can do it within 45 minutes since he knows exactly how to install it.

• The hook up kit does not come with it. You will need to purchase separately if you are not replacing an existing dishwasher. If you are, there is a very good chance you can use parts from old dishwasher. I purchased the kit and did not need. Reused the parts from old dishwasher. Worked just fine.
